I began my fitness career 16 years ago as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor. I moved up the Les Mills ranks by completing my Advanced Instructor Modules and becoming an Elite certified Group Fitness Coach. My passion grew for fitness as I took the stage alongside International Instructors from all across the world.

At Village Fitness we offer 3 different Team Training Programs that can be combined to give you the proper balance between strength training and metabolic conditioning that your body needs to reach your goals. RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere. A 30-minute workout that targets the torso and sling muscles that connects the upper body to the lower body.
Our Monthly Program Design and 8 week FIT3D Proscan Assessments are available to our Premium level members and higher. Experience what sets us apart and makes us REALLY different. Program Design allows our members to meet with our Training Staff once per month and get a new customized workout plan and nutrition plan based on their BMR and quality of movement, along with their personal goals.

I have belonged to many gyms in different places over the years. Village Fitness is by far the best! It is friendly, encouraging and positive. It has all the amenities you could want but in a smaller, personalized environment. I highly recommend the small group training and team training. The trainers and staff are great! Shout out to trainer Stephanie, she is a terrific teacher and so encouraging! I look forward to my workouts and that makes me more fit and healthy!

I’ve been going to this gym practically since they opened, so I think about seven or eight years now. They are a small gym, but they have a great selection of free weights and machines. Unless you only go at peak hours, there’s usually no wait to use whatever equipment you want. I’ve had a great experience with them so far, and it’s great value for the money. The staff and other members are polite - no obnoxious or overly loud people like you have in big commercial gyms. The owner is really nice. I loved this facility and the group fitness instructors, and then Covid hit. Since reopening last May and a strong initial statement concerning Covid precautions, there have been no updates online. My doctor advised against gym attendance. Zoom classes were offered but recently discontinued. I was paying full price premium membership for these zoom classes only 2 or 3 times a week, even though I was not physically going into the gym at all, and even though the online classes would sometimes be cancelled without notice due to technical issues. Village Fitness is NOT your typical "muscle head" gym! You are not just a number...the staff know you by name and greet you with a smile at the front entrance. The facility is top-notch and the cleanest gym I've ever worked out in. The trainers are always available to assist you when you are on the floor and the group fitness classes are like going to a huge fitness party. They make the workouts fun and exciting, and it is simply the best part of my day. They have many different levels of membership to accommodate every budget and training need and have been the most helpful with my success.
