I'm Kristen Clark and I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2014 because I love helping others feel confident. Kristen was super sweet today and did wonderful on my hair that was in desperate need for a breath of life to be infused into it, dead ends, bleached and discolored and she fixed it and successfully got me to a darker color. Also very relaxing. She did a wonderful job! She was very friendly, now please be careful reading though so you know you will be charged for extra hair dye if you have SUPER long hair.

I'll try not to make this story to long. I was recently diagnosed with e systematic lupus with organ involvement and it is a terminal disease. I wanted to donate my hair before I started cemo to help others in the way i might need help,So i went to Great Clips and they just cut my hair no style no nothing it was not at all even and i left in more tears then when i went in with already upset that i was cutting off all my hair. So i posted on Facebook for help and she not only donated her time and her services but her heart to me as well. She pampered me washed my hair

Do you know that Yelp hides some reviews? And that you can see their not recommended reviews? Algorithms can be tricky! I had the same issue as another reviewer. I booked an appointment for 9am Saturday and she didn't show up. I waited until about 9:20am, then I decided to leave. I texted her number to let her know I was done waiting. She replied at 10:42am saying she had overslept. She did not offer to rectify the situation. I'm annoyed that I wasted time and gas to make the appointment. She also raised her prices from about 6 months ago; I don't think the lack of professionalism justifies the extra cost.

Made an appointment weeks ago for this morning at 10 am. I received several e-mails from her online booking system reminding me to show up, and I do 10 minutes early. She never came. While there I called twice, leaving one voicemail, sent her a message through her website, and another Salon Lofts owner texted her. Waited until 10:40 and finally headed home. She texted me about 10 minutes later apologizing for not waking up to her alarm but has not replied to either of my other messages, one asking if she could still fit me in today, and it's been over an hour. I also already paid through Groupon

Dishonest! I bought her Groupon and tried for a month to schedule an appointment. I followed her voicemail instructions and filled out her online form. Never heard from her, then called and left her a voicemail with my name and number asking if she received my form. Then waited awhile longer and left a second voicemail. Groupon even try to contacted her twice without success. Groupon refused to refund my money even though she wouldn't provide the service.
If she did not receive my online form, she could have easy return one of the 4 calls(by myself or groupon) made to her to let me

I went here last week for a haircut + all over color. My hair was bleach blonde, very damaged, and discolored. I really thought that it was going to be impossible for anyone to be willing and/or able to fix it but I was proven wrong by Kristen Clark, who did my hair for me, and now it is a dark blonde/light brown, which looks even better now that I have washed my hair a few times - now the color looks exactly like the photo I showed her when I walked in - she is really good at getting you the color you want, and cut....and she was super sweet! I felt comfortable and she didn't try to force
