Ever since I was 12 I dreamed of being a stylist. I would do all of my friends' hair for special events and proms. When I was 15, I became a receptionist at a salon that inspired me to go to cosmetology school and one day hope to open my own salon. In 2007, at age 17, I started school and have been licensed since April of 2009.

I had my makeup done there by Merlin. She was AMAZING! I left feeling so confident and beautiful. I was born male and present male most of the time but was presenting female that day and the transformation she did was perfect. Being male presents some challenges with makeup and she handled them so well. The countering was impressive. I also was introduced to Teress the owner and she was so kind and welcoming. They made me feel so at home and seemed to really see me as a person which was so appreciated. I really can't say enough positive things! I had to fight back happy tears later when I saw my

Love this salon! Teress, the owner, is amazing! I trust her to do my entire family’s hair. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair and keeps us up to date on trends and what would work for our hair and busy lifestyles. I also feel immediately relaxed when I walk into the salon...love the decor and colors! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, but Tangled Up!

Eyelash Extensions - Amy Roberts
Long story short.. I have received 2 initial applications and 2 refills from Amy. Initial applications I didn't have issues with but the refills fell out right away. The time I received the refill I had so many fall out within 3 days ( 5 came out right away after leaving) and had texted Amy with pics. I did everything I was supposed to do and not do but it didn't help. She put the blame on me being out in the sun... for a few hours? 2 days later? I don't think so. She had said she'd fix it after me initiating she should and that never happened. She ignored my texts

Leah did an AMAZING job with my hair for a wedding I was in. I got a ton of compliments and couldn't stop looking at myself all day. Also, had the bonus of curls for days following! My hair doesn't normally hold curls, so I am beyond impressed to say the least. Definitely will be seeing you again, Leah!
