I came to Tony in a ton of pain, and was exhausted and frustrated by my lack of answers and relief from other treatments. With just a few minutes into the session, Tony had targeted the key issues with my back and neck, and helped me find relief and real answers to what was going on. When I went and saw Tony after throwing my back out and couldn't stand up straight. At the end of first treatment I could walk and move around. Two more consecutive treatments and exercises had me back to 100% in 4 days. I will continue to work out with him, do the prescribed exercises. All i know is his muscle stimulation and knowledge of how to calm aggravated muscles and activate weaker muscles is amazing. A huge fan and a huge thank you.

I have been going to Tony Bruno of GrandeFIT for three or four years since I tore hamstring and calf muscles in a running event. Since that time I have been injury free and have achieved performance levels I hadn’t seen in over decade. Tony can immediately identify weak or inactive muscles and teach you isometric exercises that will awaken and strengthen them. Tony’s approach will save you from resorting to unnecessary surgery or from wasting time chasing the latest exercise or nutrition fad. I regularly go to GrandeFIT for a muscular activation “tune up” just before an important race.

Tony and his staff do an excellent job getting you into the physical condition you desire. From weight training and exercise to muscle therapy, they got it down! Anthony is my personal trainer and he has been a great coach. He has taken the appropriate steps to get me where I need to be and more! Highly recommend! And the facility is very inviting! I have been at Grande Fit since August. Ross is a great trainer and enjoys educating clients about fitness, nutrition and exercise techniques. He works magic on sore muscles, tendons and joints! I've also been part of the Wednesday women's strength training group. The group motivates me to be stronger, push harder and train smarter! I highly recommend this business!
