Blew a tire and googled a random tow company, Newhouse popped up and gave them a quick call. Dispatch was super friendly and helpful, and luckily I didn’t have a long wait time for a tow truck. Big shout out to Tyler! He pulled up and was friendly, kind, and fun to have a conversation with. Loaded up my car quick and made a not so good morning a better one.

Was crossing MLK Blvd. at Hawthorne on a walk signal, a Newhouse tow truck came speeding through the red light, tried to stop, fishtailed towards me almost hitting me, then ran the red light. I called the company asking for an apology by the unsafe driver, haven't received it yet. Low rating, I wouldn't use them.

I was stranded on my way home and due to traffic the wait times on towing in town were about 2.5 hours. I was recommended Newhouse Towing and after a quick call (btw dispatch was a pleasure to work with too) I had a driver arrive within the hour. Jacob was very talented and professional. He made short work of the job and got my whole day back on track. I would gladly recommend this company and if I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling them.

My car stopped turning over, I gave this place a call and when the tow truck driver, Donny, showed up he was really helpful got my car started with a jump box and promptly got it loaded onto the flatbed. I accidentally gave them the wrong delivery address he was super Nice and helpful when he called back to get the correct address. I would definitely use them again.

I am from out of town and was involved in an accident near Portland. Newhouse towing got my car on their lot and then went out of their way to let me in after hours to collect my stuff and were helpful in arranging the long distance tow back to Central Oregon. In the midst of a tough time, it was especially refreshing to have an upfront, dependable company to work with.

The city towed my car which was me leaving it in a bus lane over night (was stuck getting back in town) and normally they’re not very nice at towing companies. They answered the phone promptly, got a dispatch to contact me late at night. It was too late so I just showed up the next morning and Tom was handling the car and was professional, quick and very nice about it.
I hate paying for tows, but at least here it was not a dreadful process.

The people were all very polite. The tow guys were especially helpful. That said, I am a little annoyed with them. I discovered my car was towed but I didn't know why. I found out my car was there and called to confirm. They told me the car was there and I could come pick it up. I told them I would rush over and drive it home. When I got there I found out someone had crashed into my car and totaled it while it was parked. I wish the tow company would've told me it wasn't in driveable condition before I rushed over to get it before closing. At any rate, the people were polite, and I understand sometimes

It's never fun having your vehicle towed, but Newhouse & Hutchins was awesome with how much they helped me. They towed my recovered motorcycle (theft) and when I went to pick it up it wasn't running. For about an hour, Lauren helped me switch fuses and jump the bike so it could be ridden to a mechanic. Thanks for the help!

I've never ever been so impressed by a towing company. I was stranded on the side of a road when a vehicle stopped to see if I needed help. Without hesitation she called her family's towing company and with a few min Loren showed up, went right to work and within a couple of min had my car ready to to go. I'm so beyond appreciative of this companies kindness, efficiency and professionalism. There truly are good people out there and I highly recommended this business.
