After my auto insurance company's roadside assistance utterly failed to get me a tow in a timely manner (3 hour wait!) for a bad flat tire I called Affordable Auto Towing. Albert was amazing. He responded quickly and came within the time stated, which was within 15 minutes. My car has a low profile and he was so careful and precise in getting my car safely on and off the truck bed. He was calm, positive, and just wonderful- great customer service! He towed my car twice in two days once to bring it home on a Sunday and then the next day to Les Schwab. I am so glad I called Affordable Auto Towing

I love this place. I had such nonsense with progressive roadside, waiting hours to get help! As a woman out with the car by myself, I take my safety seriously.
I called up affordable auto towing and I was greeted right away with sympathy and understanding and he explained helpful tips when working with progressive.
And he was FAST to arrive. I was told it would be 30 mins or less, and he was here in 20!
If you need a company who treats you like family, is on TIME, is cordial, nice, and laid back, they've got your back.
Will use again. A++++

Let me preface this by saying that I rarely leave reviews, and before this morning, I didn't imagine I'd be leaving one for a towing company. All that to say, I had such a positive experience with Albert today. He was quick to arrive, friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help get my car to a repair shop. When he was able to jumpstart the car instead of towing, he followed me on the drive to ensure I didn't break down again. Highly recommend!

I was stuck just before rush hour on my way to work - major car malfunction. Albert arrived sooner than the time frame he gave - super quick! He was absolutely hands-down fantastic! Honest, courteous, friendly, AND affordable. My car is safe. I got a lift to where I needed to be. And I can't imagine calling any other tow company ever again. Affordable Towing, Inc is where it's at!

I called Affordable towing and they were at my doorstep in 15 minutes and I didn't have to do anything. Two cars were clogging the driveway entrance and the driver back right in. I had just sent another company packing because they were jerks. The driver put the truck in the perfect spot and asked if I could help him turn the wheel. We loaded the rig up in like 5 minutes and we're st my mechanics in 10. I will be using Affordable Towing from now on these guys ROCK

Son's car died in SE Portland during rush hour; they arrived exactly when they said they would (30 minutes), was super friendly and FAST, and arrived at the destination at the estimated time. Gave me several discounts, quickly processed payment and emailed me a receipt and we were on our way - great job, definitely recommend!

Having a car that won't start is pretty high up there on the "things I would rather not be dealing with" list, but such is life. I called Affordable Auto Towing this morning at 8 am, and Albert was at my house by 8:30. He was efficient, polite, and skillful in his work. I was most impressed by the way he took time to wrap a rag around the hooks that he used to secure my car's wheels, so as to not scratch the rims (it's a '97 Civic, so it's not a real looker, but I appreciated the gesture anyway). AND THEN he went so far as to give me a discount!
