Matt was great. He was able to get started on the inspection within 24 hours of escrow starting and took me through everything he was going to do before the inspection. During the inspection, he let me pester him with questions and was always happy to answer and educate me. After the inspection, Matt took me through everything and provided much needed context for items in the report to help gauge severity and importance. I highly recommend Matt for a home inspection and if the other inspectors at Pacific Crest are up to his caliber, then you will surely be in great hands. Thanks Matt!

Andrew is a spectacular home inspector. He was very thorough, and was happy to explain everything he was doing and noting to us both during and again after the inspection with a real-time presentation of all of the major (and minor) observations. We were able to take his reports directly to contractors who could quote us fixes immediately without even visiting the home because his notes were so thorough. We would happily use Andrew again and would recommend anyone have their home inspected by him.

We had a great experience with Andrew from Pacific Crest. The inspection was extremely thorough. Even though the house was very new, in good shape, and recently inspected he was still able to find potential issues to be re-mediated. The inspection was very quick, and he was able to use some interesting tools (drone / ir camera / ect.) to improve the process. He also made himself available after the fact for questions, although we have not yet needed to reach out.

Andrew was very personable and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough and included pictures for each category inspected. Most notably, I have access now to each item inspected to reference and use as a to do list moving forward.
