Jason and his company exemplified true professionalism in their approach to my home inspection. The initial communication was prompt and clear followed by his arriving early and being on the job examining the exterior of the building before I arrived. He was courteous, friendly and communicated all the details of inspection to me in person, as well as, a beautiful written report with great detail and photos. Jason Havel was so helpful as an inspector for our home purchase. We made an offer on an older house (built 1951) knowing there would be some issues, but having Jason as a self-described "paid pessimist" provide us a thorough walkthrough of all his findings gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase by helping us determine exactly what items we needed to address. Jason from Nation Wide Inspections was awesome. We had a previous inspection report to review from a sale that fell out of escrow and Jason's report was much more thorough and detailed. Jason is super thorough. Lots of attention to detail. He has done three inspections for us and we will for sure do any we have in the future. He found issues with the first house we were trying to by and those issues let us to back out of the deal and that was the best decision. I would recommend him to anyone.

When we arrived 15 minutes early at the home to be inspected, Jason had already been there for about an hour, hard at work. He was extremely thorough and very helpful explaining things discovered throughout the house and property during the inspection, in our walkthrough, and in the very detailed report. Our realtor thinks he's the best Home Inspector the San Diego area, and based on his excellent work and willingness to share critical insights, we we agree completely and highly recommend him!
