Al did an excellent job with our inspection. He explained the process of how the inspection would take place and he than explained what he discovered and it explained to us everything in terms that we'd understand. He sent us our inspection report that same night, and that also was very helpful and I also liked the format he used to explain the pictures in the report. I highly Reccomend Al to anyone look for a home inspection report. He's reliable, prompt, friendly, and an expert in his field.

I started using Al when my inspector of many years was retiring. He is the one that recommended Al to me. It's always a compliment when a colleague refers you. I was cautious since this is a service I've I use to protect my clients and negotiate on their behalf. He has been great.
