After waiting three hours for them to arrive for a tow, I called to get an ETA. While I was on the phone the owner kept saying hold on and yelling at people in the background. He comes back to the phone, says I'll call you back in 5 minutes. Fine. Thirty minutes go by so I call back. He again starts yelling people in the background, this time cursing at them as well. Comes back to me and again says I'll call you back in five minutes. I said you told me that half an hour ago and I never heard from you. The he hung up on me. Terrible service.
