Communication was terrible, I was told to "call back because they were changing shifts" what the hell does that matter?! That's when I should have called a different tow but, I called back 20mins later. It took about 30mins just to take my info, I asked how long till I could expect a tow and she said she would call me back. Another 30mins go bye so I called again and needless to say they don't know what I'm talking about and 'they'll call back.

This business is closed apparently. A few months ago my car battery died. They came to my house, replaced it. It was excellent. When my brother in law had the same issue, I recommended the company and they were great for him as well. Now the battery is dead, I've been trying to get ahold of them for the last 24+ hours with no response. I finally get someone on the business chat through Google and I'm told the company is closed. So now I'm out a battery that's supposed to be under warranty.

My car broke down earlier today and I called AAA because I am a member and they sent me a guy named Oliver from the Rescue Rangers. Let me just say he was AMAZING! Right when he arrived, my mother had an accident and fell and she hit her head hard on the pavement. Oliver was very attentive to her and I. He waited patiently with us for the ambulance to arrive and helped hold pressure on my mothers head until they got there. He truly was a blessing for us today! He did a great job with my tow as well, he was there within 10 mins of me calling it in. He was very kind and nice as well! Thank you so

My guy Cory got to me in less than 20 minutes, hooked my car up quick and easy. I’ve had other people have trouble loading the car onto a flatbed because it’s lowered. Didn’t bother Cory at all and no damage to the vehicle whatsoever. Good customer service, efficient, made an unfortunate night into a great experience. Would request him for all towing needs.

Amazing service!! I called for my daughter that lives in Louisville. She had a flat tire and didn’t know what to do. I called this company, the nicest most helpful man, hands down. They were to my daughter in less than 10 minutes. They even called me back to let me know she was taken care of. This is what customer service is all about!! Thank you from the bottom of this mommas heart. PS, I live 2 hours away and couldn’t help her.
