Fonzi is an amazing yoga instructor! Although I am a beginner, and there were experienced students and even other instructors in this class, everyone had a very positive experience. Fonzi’s ability to communicate, his soothing voice, his thoughts which he expressed at appropriate times, his own technique demonstrating the yoga postures while he talked us through them, and his own inner calm and meditative state which we absorbed from him, all contributed to an excellent session. The small class size was wonderful!

The Breath Work class by Laura was absolutely amazing. To say it took my literal breath away would be an understatement. She worked the room and the class so wonderfully that with your eyes closed you felt like the only person there. I hope everyone is as lucky to get to experience that!
The building and studio its self was clean and peaceful as well and I would love to come back and also try out the yoga! Hands down, thumbs up!

One of my favorite go-to studios in the Austin area!! The space is warm, open and Inviting, teachers and staff always kind and engaging and the yoga instructors are top notch! A studio that truly embodies the traditions and teachings of Yoga.
The Yin Soundbath was a very special treat. An opportunity to rest within myself, an incredible sensory and sound experience for body, mind and spirit leaving me feeling empowered, cleansed and re-centered. Thank you BFree! I love you!

I accidentally signed up for a more advanced class and was feeling a little unsure upon arriving, but Shelby immediately put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I had by far one of the most rewarding experiences with yoga I have ever had! Her class is fantastic and the environment is wonderful! It was my first time at Bfree, but definitely not my last, I highly recommend!

Bfree is my favorite studio! All of the instructors are top-notch. Especially helpful w my running injuries. Halloween was a great class - worked on my hips a ton and feel great! I’ve been doing yoga for 15 (or so) years but I’m easily the least flexible in class! Highly recommend for all levels!

I LOVE this studio so much. Shelby has created such a heart-centered welcoming space for yogis of all levels. bfree is an institution and has some of the most experienced teachers in town on staff. I always feel so welcome coming in and so happy and joyful on the way out, with seriously great yoga in between. The community and the space are so warm and open. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Their digital studio is also world class.

Man, Bfree's new digital platform is top notch y'all! The sound quality and visuals are pristine. It actually feels like you are in the room, which is welcome after so many months on Zoom. The teachers offer a variety of teaching styles and disciplines that can support any home practice : Vin Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, etc. They helped me get off my couch and stay on my mat. Check them out!

Love this space soo much!!! Shelby, along with all the BFree instructors, are the best. There has not been a single class that I didn't fall in love with. The studio is clean and the staff is always friendly.
This is the closest to Santa Monica flow that I have found in Austin. Make sure you try out Shelbys Saturday morning flow...You will feel so connected and elevated after every class.

This is an awesome yoga studio!! I started coming here because of its convenient location, but have been absolutely loving it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I've been frequenting the yin yoga classes, and I can tell the difference in how my body and mind feels. I immediately feel at peace when I enter the studio, and restored after leaving the class. I love all the teachers I taken with so far.

They have a good range of class times, which I love because I can go before class or after work!

Let it be known that I am NOT flexible or a yoga/pilates person. I am very self-conscious about my lack of core strength and flexibility. Despite this, I had such a great experience at Caitlin's BStrong class. She had the perfect balance of guiding me through positions that were challenging, but also making me feel like I was successful. The class was tough, but also relaxing. The lavender towels and small "massage" at the end are great too! Won me over to come back to yoga again soon :)

Beautiful and brilliant. The instructors are masterful
and kind. The aesthetics and design are inspiring. It feels peaceful to be there and everyone is there to help you progress. Never thought I could make a commitment to yoga but they make it easy for you to want to do it and get better. Truly great. An A plus in every way.

I went here on class pass for BRocked with Liz. The studio is very light and airy. This class has classic rock theme and I loved the music. Liz kept the class challenging but provided some modifications. If I lived closer this would be my go to spot.

This yoga studio is cute and clean. The staff were friendly but I get what other reviewers are saying about the crowdedness. At first, I thought the same as I had to keep shifting my mat over to fit more and more people but at the same time, there's a very community bond that happens with the full class.

It is kind of small and tight with the cubbies and benches on the hallway to the restroom but it was fine. I'll go back. I enjoyed the actual class and instruction.

Wow, this yoga studio is so good. It's much more traditional. Chanting, etc. Just took an Ashtanga/Mysore class and learned about the Primary Series with Selena. Didn't even know anything about it. I feel like I've been learning a trendy, bastardized version of yoga .

Every single instructor so far has been challenging and is experienced! Shelby, Kate, Selena, etc. I'm very impressed. I've tried nearly every single yoga studio in Austin, including the trendy ones. This is by far the best and most traditional. I might break my renewal with my other yoga studio now..

Easily my favorite studio in town. There's just something about this space that exudes a special energy. They have great instructors all around but I'm especially fond of Lauren for her passion and Kate for her morning play list.

PS - the warm/hot classes are totally worth it because they do this wonderful thing with cold, lavender-scented towels at the end. BFREE!

I'm am far from a yogi and have not really stepped foot in a proper yoga studio in probably over 5/6 years but a random opportunity arose and I found myself at Janice Cotto's 9:30 Bflow this morning. Let me just say the studio is inviting from the get-go and the room, although slightly warm, didn't make me feel like I was being roasted or have the usually sweaty hot yoga funky smell I've experienced at other places.

Janice started the class with a welcome and wonderful invitation to acknowledge your personal limitations and respect them while challenging yourself at the same

I've tried many yoga studios in Austin and after only 3 classes, I can say BFree is where I will stay. A few reasons:

1. Parking - I never thought it would be a deal breaker to me but IT IS. It may take 10 minutes and $2 to meter park at the popular downtown studios and then you end up running to your class late. BFree has its own parking garage with lots of empty spots for quick and stress-free arrival!

2. The studio is close to campus, so a lot of students go (I am a student - YAY for student discounts). However, all levels practice here and a lot of great teachers I recognize from other
