I came to Bigman with jaw issues, they were very informative and helpful. They suggested I get botox for my jaw, which I ended up doing and I have already felt results in 2 weeks. They have been very realistic with me and have noted multiple times that they hope to only see me once for my jaw and that I dont have any other issues (which I hope so too). They are very friendly in the office and very timely. They also do not want to tack on any extra costs that are not needed which is very refreshing to hear. I feel valued as a patient.

I thought that getting a mouth guard would be an easy task. And for a lesser group of people who didn’t care for their professions as much as the individuals at Bigman's maybe it very well would have been. However for the Bigman employees, it’s was very clear that their number one priority was to ensure both my care and wellbeing. I've been told by dentists my whole life that I needed braces, but I kept putting it off. That is, until my teeth clenching and grinding became so bad that I not only broke multiple night guards, but I kept breaking my own teeth. If I could give Dr. Bigman and his staff 10 stars for outstanding care and service - I would. I've been struggling with TMJ/TMD, chronic headaches, ocular migraines, head pain and TMJ pain related insomnia for over one and a half years. I've tried what I feel is everything under the sun to reduce/eliminate my jaw, head and neck pain. I had seen over 10 medical specialists and 4 oral specialists in efforts to eliminate my chronic pain issues. Dr Bigman treated both my kids, his staff and office is friendly and inviting. Dr Bigman is extremely knowledgeable about latest treatment options and puts you at ease. Both my kids were always happy to visit the office.

My name is Dr Roger Chang. I am part of a large dental group that has an orthodontist partner so we are a direct competitor of Dr Bigman. Over the years , some of my patients chose to see Dr Bigman instead of our orthodontist. Why ? Some had already had other kids see him long ago ( he has practiced over 20 years). Some have friends that have seen him and love him.
I read the negative reviews as well as the positive reviews about Dr Bigman. The negative reviews seem to be about insurance or inability to get appointment times....none are about QUALITY.

I knew my son would needed ortho work, his dentist reminded me at every visit. We have had the same dentist for decades and he recommended Dr Bigman. I fully intended on having at least 2 or 3 exams at various orthodontists in the area, but made the mistake of bringing both my children to Dr Bigman's office for the initial visit. Needless to say, his amusement park of a waiting room lured them in like kids in a candy store. They both refused to go anywhere else. They are over booked. Dr bigman said he wants to see me in 6 weeks. They scheduled an appointment in 8 weeks because they didn't have any spot available earlier (2 weeks later).I called the office one day before my appointments to reschedule it because my son got sick (you know with kids is everything unpredictable) so they said next available appt is going to be one month later ( that is ridiculous to wait 4-5 weeks to reschedule your app).
Btw if you come a bit later they will not take you in.
