Currently have them and recently found out that some things that were supposed to be included in my loan is not. ( like property taxes) Currently looking to refinance with a different company just to get away from them. Called Corporate office to get more information on why this was not taken care of and the lady yelled at me told me , ( I have no intention in calling you back why would i) I have had nothing but trouble from the beginning. OnQ's is terrible. We purchased our home through them in 2020. They weren't great then but I figured it would be easier to go with them then find another company because I have 2 homes. They contacted me about a refi. their staff only gives you updates when you reach out to them they say they will call back that day and then 3 days later you ask… for updates and then they call you. They also lie. I had to pay for an appraisal when they should have known they couldn't do my refi because I have 2 homes on my property which I was very clear about. I was passed from 3 different people. NEVER

This is the ABSOLUTE worst lender out there. Our buyers went through this bank and the ball has been dropped multiple times forcing extension after extension. Do not use them!! The underwriter has asked for the most ridiculous things that DO NOT exist in regards to a Road Association. We are still waiting to close going on 60 day! ABSURD!

I am a realtor in the Georgia area and I have had the absolute WORST experience with OnQ financial-Alpharetta office. First, the loan officer I originally had left so my clients were transferred all the way to a loan officer in Alpharetta. The loan officer in Alpharetta had very poor communication skills and did not think it was important to answer… any of my calls or respond to my emails. He would only email me to cover his tracks when he found it was necessary. He would CC his manager in the emails, that’s how I know it was to cover his tracks. The manager was even worse. I called
