The American Mortgage team made closing on my home fast and easy. I knew up front what they needed me to provide them with and they kept me posted along the way of the status of my loan. I have a rate lower than anyone I know who has contracted recently and the fees on the loan were minimal. To say American Mortgage Services are totally awesome, would be an understatement. Rob Riggio is truly gifted and my absolute hero! As a realtor, our relationship with a mortgage lender is important. BUT Rob worked out the impossible!! Within one month the best and worst of both worlds collided. Three hours after I listed a home for sale on the… MLS, the home went under contract.
