I've been to Santa Fe, New Mexico, several times and have tried different vacation rentals. So far, my favorites are Piñon Properties and Casas de Guadalupe . I like the ambiance of these places because it's very comfortable that I never felt too far from my own home. We will be back soon, and I am looking forward to my return.

I am in California and Pinon Properties has been managing the rental of my condominium in Santa Fe for at least five years now. It has been seamless. Payments on time, reasonable and itemized repairs, great year end summary for my taxes. Very responsive team with answers to my inquiries within 24/48 hours max. Pinon Properties has managed our property for 3 years and working with them has been a pleasure! Andy, Rand, and Martha are very friendly and knowledgeable and consistently go above and beyond. Whenever issues have come up, they are quick to respond (even on weekends!). It is apparent that their tenant selection process is thorough and thoughtful as our renters have consistently treated our property as if it were their own. They've been prompt in responding to maintenance issues and we appreciate that they don't mark up repair costs. We feel so lucky to have found a company that is so easy to work

I highly recommend Piñon Properties. The management was very easy to work with and helped me with every little detail from cleaning my house before the movers came in, dealing with issues regarding plumbing and maintenance, etc. I have been renting my house in Santa Fe with Piñon Properties for the past two years and highly recommend it for a property management service.

I would highly recommended NOT working with this company. Save yourself time and energy and work with another broker or property management company. Rand is great help and very professional. However, Andy (the broker) and his wife Martha are rude, belligerent and very unprofessional and uneducated when it comes to business ethics and practices when operating a company.

Prompt, courteous service. Every single time. The move in was easy and uneventful and the few repairs that were needed have been taken care of very quickly. Their system of communicating through an online portal is very easy to use and efficient. I am very pleased with Martha, Andy and the office in general and recommend them to anyone that needs to find a good rental. When I am ready to buy, I will certainly ask them for assistance.
