The grounds were well kept. The hotel is very old, the toilet leaked. The shower head is perfect for a person that's about 5''. We stayed with a competitor and wanted a change. Across the street from Applebees, that was a plus. They are dog friendly. I will however, never stay again. It's on Santa Rosa Ave which never sleeps and neither did our neighbors. They partied until 5:40 in the morning. We didn't address it with management, wasn't in the mood for a scene.

The place needs some renovation. We visited in the winter, could have used extra blankets. I'm not a fan of heaters or air conditioners. I did bring an issue up and the man happily return some of our money. So if you just need a place to stay, their prices are pretty reasonable for what you're getting. A good thing is easy access to the freeway and right next to a Shopping Center, with food Etc

Old but clean and well kept for the shady area it is in. I do appreciate it is located near the great wine country, but the $181 price for a Saturday in Aug 2021 seemed steep (yet I couldn't beat the price when shopping around. When we stepped in we noticed the dated furniture and TV, but at least it was clean. We thought we were getting a tub, however we're saddened to find a stand up shower with a shower head at about 5 feet (I had to really stoop to wash my hair). Also, you wouldn't believe how thin the soap was; at least we didn't waste.
We were in room 118 near the pool (it was closed, maybe
