Came here because of the google ratings but was pretty disappointed with the accommodations. The hotel in general was in a central location and from the outside seems nice but it’s pretty dirty inside. Additionally it’s not mentioned anywhere that all parking is paid parking due to the location, not their fault but it would be nice to post it for out of towners. Also the posting says free breakfast, but there’s no free breakfast. I was also able to get into my room one day without a key. Cool staff though, everyone was very nice.

I reached out to the sales director, ShaNa Sept 24th for a rooming block for my wedding in May. I have had to email her multiple times to get rates as she forgot to email me back. I emailed her back Sept 28th agreeing to the room types I would like rates for. She NEVER emailed me back. Upon realizing this I emailed her once again on November 17th. She then told me she is no longer handling group bookings & would forward my inquiry to the General Manager. It is now 12/6 and I have STILL not heard anything. Needless to say, don't bother coming to this hotel if you want any level of customer service

Husbands MD visit as a follow up to major trauma necessitated an overnight in Santa Rosa. From the moment I entered the E hotel with it's welcoming light filled, airy lobby and wine bar and James friendly greeting. I knew I made the correct choice. My husband was quite fatigue subsequent to the visit and to my delight when I called I was informed our room was ready and we could check in 3 hrs earlier without any additional charge! The modern room was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with every little convenience including a refrigerator . Extra pillows were sent up for convenience and

Corner cutting is a major problem these days. Instead of getting their projects done right, too many business owners try to save a few bucks here and a few bucks there, which produces diminished results for consumers. This trend is particularly true when it comes to hotel construction and management. Too many hotel developers skimp on soundproofing between rooms, quality linens, and other amenities for guests. Fortunately, the team behind Hotel E didn't cut any corners. The result is a beautiful, comfortable, centrally located hotel that I can't recommend highly enough.

What a beautiful building! My room faced another building on the third floor so I didn't have a view but I was more than content with the actual room itself. It was completely updated and very comfortable, I totally loved it. The bathroom with a sliding barn door was a nice touch as well. The lobby bar had a great vibe that I wish I had time to check out but I was in and out for work.
