I was having a hard time reviewing my experience at this hotel, let me explain reason why only three stars
We stay here for about four nights, are room was very nice, clean, roomy and organized, we had two beds, however every time at night when someone moves around the beds make a loud noise (base of the mattress) so many times wakeup the others, also we never actually had are room clean at least once during are stay, we did ask but maybe we didn't ask the right person, not sure, we have to call for everything even to get some toilet paper, other than that hotel is very nice, close to the freeway

Friendly, unpretentious front desk, and staff. Room was clean, spacious (downright spotless), not a streak on surfaces.
Importantly, for me, they aren't petty about the "mask," drama. (Tired of that, personally. Just keep clean, cover your discharges, and back up..) Sadly, if you hit the casino, they're still frustrating😷 ; the temp check is cool, but when I'm droppin hundreds in your fkng machines, leave me alone!🤨 You wear your mask, freak.
Anyhoot!!! I'll be back. Oh! Pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna were very clean. Had it all to myself. 👌Awesome.

This is our second time staying here. I come out for surgery for 2 months from the east coast and can not say enough about how wonderful staff are. Our room is great. Plenty of room.
The staff of… Connie,Anna,Jerry,Tracie and Cody. I know I’m forgetting some of the staff and I’m sorry but you guys rock. They are friendly and make sure if something is not right they make it right. The breakfast is very good and evening salad and soups. The restaurant has very good food and very good waiters.
