This place is beyond horrible. My Dad was sent here for congestive heart failure and stroke. Everytime I visited he was sleep and unkempt. One time when I came and caught them changing him. There was a huge hole in his back side. He was rushed to the hospital and I of course sent him to another facility and sued NMS. He passed away shortly after this. Stay away from this place are all costs!!

Please do not send anyone you love or care about to this place. For a rehabilitation facility where people should be comfortable and content, this place is awful. In initial conversation between my cousin's insurance company and NMS Wellness, NMS communicated that they had the proper bedding to house him and to care for him. He took a 4 and a half hour ride from Virginia to Maryland to find that they did not. They did not care about his dietary needs, his bedding needs, his medication, or anything. The nurses themselves advised my cousin that this is not a place for anyone. The nurses dish out

I found a family member in this place and he was dirty, his finger nails look like claws and he was left to feed himself knowing he is a choking risk. They put his room mate on the sidevil of the bed to feed himself knowing he only had the use of one hand. They didn't even open his drinks for him. This place is not fit for infected, contaminated animals. How do I get my family member out of this place.

If I could give this place no starts I would. Since becoming a resident at NMS Healthcare Bayridge Annapolis, my grandmother has had personal items and clothing stolen and/or misplaced by the staff. Numerous times I have found her covered in her own vomit and feces, for an undetermined amount of time, crying and begging for assistance form the nurses and GNAs. When calling for assistance the reaction time is slow. sometimes no one comes at all. I have witnessed it for myself. There have been times when I have called for assistance from the GNA to change my grandmother's diaper and no one came.

My mother was placed here after a hospital stay. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior at a SNF. She was not in the vent unit, rather in the regular section. Even the nurses told me to get her out of there! She was left in dirty diapers all night, once the room AC unit in her room stopped working and they let her swelter for 48 hours in the hot room. Water cups not filled regularly. The aides and nurses spend a lot of time sitting behind the desk on their smart phones. The biggest problem is there are so many Medicaid psych cases roaming the halls, and the staff is not trained to

Terrible service. aunt needed her diaper changed at 1:45 pm. I told the charge nurse and she said she's sending someone. it's now 3:17pm. I went to the nurse at 230 and she said to one of the ladies directly to change her. still hasn't arrived. I bet they are just waiting for the next shift to do it. if you want the ladies name, just ask me. try to prevent this place. I see them down the hall just sitting and laughing.

I am so disappointed in the service at this facility. On numerous times I have come to visit my father, I walked in to see him lying in dried soiled sheets. His personal items that we bring for his room are always coming up missing. Itβs hard to get someone on the phone because they are always in meetings yet somehow no one can ever give me updates on his care plan. He was transferred to this facility because they have an aggressive therapy team but it seems to be a bait and switch because they discharged him from therapy weeks after getting in and now he just lays in the bed most of the day
