Better off buying on Amazon. The prices are at least 30% less and the return policy is far more consistent.
11 SEPT 21 purchased a 3-wheel walker for my soon-to-be 92 YO mother who still lives independently. Turned out to be too unstable for her on the thick carpeting. Returned the same day, non-issue. The receipt showed a 30-day return policy, and I was told as long as it wasn't used outside, it was returnable.
18 SEPT 21. I brought my mother to Annapolis Healthcare Supplies to pick out a walker she'd feel comfortable with. Again, confirmed that it's returnable as long as it's within 30 days

The worst experience ever in my live,
I will never return to them and I will telling to everybody to know that, that In this Covid day's when everybody is struggling and didn't have jobs ,food ect , and we recently move to USA 2 years ago, I was charged $400 for 4 pair of socks with out any information or anyone to told me that if the insurance did cover you will need to pay $400.

Hidden gem for those in need of medical equipment and supplies. Lots of interesting products at fair prices. They matched Amazon for a wheelchair and then assembled it, showed us how it works, and delivered it the next day at no charge as we couldn't fit it in our vehicle. Shout out to this business for helping us in a time of need. Will refer to others.

Terrible service. The two women, middle aged working there between 11-11:30 today were rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how you can act that way when the clients are coming in because they are having medical issues. Our family will not go back to this business, we will not recommend them to anyone, and we will now drive further to go to Americle Healthcare. Americle was so helpful and friendly.

06/09/2016 I visited Annapolis Healthcare Supplies this morning. I have an old walker and was looking for an new one. Rather than sell me a new walker, they upgraded my older model with new stems and glides. It is like new now. Their service was over the top! I can't know the circumstances behind the 2 negative reviews, but I spoke with 3 employees there and they were all kind, friendly and helpful. And, they saved me money! It doesn't get any better than that.
