Derek does excellent work and has always been responsive to emails and phone calls with requests for service or just general questions. I have taken all of our cars to him for everything from minor maintenance to a head replacement on a V8 that someone else didn't put together correctly. I highly recommend him for any of your automotive needs.

My wife and I broke down 48 miles from Holly Springs on our 710 mile journey on a Sunday. Monday I made many phone calls to the Dodge dealer and local shops to try and fix my van as quickly as possible. Derek’s voicemail was very professional and detailed. When I called him back he explained they use quality parts ( I needed an alternator), they were going to change the belt so it wouldn’t squeak so no comebacks and they could take it right in. They had it done by lunch Tuesday. Their timing was excellent, they were honest and reliable. I would highly recommend you use their services.

I had my VW worked on last week to diagnose and repair bad a/c. Derek was quick with communication and honest with the estimate for repair. I had the car back same day as I dropped off with perfectly cold a/c. I am pleased with services provided and came back today to have a leveling kit installed on my 4runner. Same day drop off and picked up. Everything rides nice. Quality and professional installation. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again!

Great, quick, fair and LOCAL repair and service shop! I made the mistake of buying an Audi, which is not cheap to have serviced at the dealership. Tensioner maxed with misfire issue, Big Audi quoted $3,000 to repair and replace timing chain with it. 55 Auto completed for less than half! - and guaranteed their work with a warranty.

Very kind, courteous and professional. We did not have an appointment as we had an unexpected flat tire. Not being from the area and with a sick passenger, we were given excellent treatment. The owner/manager quickly repaired the tire. I highly recommend Hwy 55 Auto!!! Wish this business was closer to our home.

The vibe I got in this place was somewhat strange. They didn't seem to care too much. The front desk person just didn't have a very welcoming personality, more like a robot.
Went in for an alignment when the odometer had 28,000 miles.
No alignment printout provided...first time ever in my life I go to a place to get an alignment done that does not provide a printout. For all I know, they could have just charged $93.
Car now has 29,000 miles and my dealer says there is inner tire wear (which is why my tires hum on the highway), the alignment being done is

Tested the waters with these guys a few years back on a smaller service need. Was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Now they're my go-to for EVERYTHING related.
