Excellent service. Jay listens carefully to all the issues I’m dealing with and talks me through everything completely. Very knowledgeable & professional. They stay extremely busy but try to work me in as quickly as possible, especially if it’s an urgent matter. I feel like they really do care about me as a customer.

Amazing service. I took my GX460 in for a routine oil change and preventative maintenance inspection. Jay and his team were extremely thorough and the price was very reasonable. all in ~$90 where as Lexus dealership would have been closer to $150. Best mechanic I've found in the cary area.

My wife's Volvo V70 was making a strange sound. I had never been to Renaissance and needed to find a garage familiar with European cars and I took it to Jay at Renaissance. He originally diagnosed the issue and thought they fixed it by replacing a part in a timely manner. My wife and I had to borrow a family members car to continue day to day commutes while the car was in the shop. We picked it up and drove it home. I just moved to NC and found myself in need of a place to take my car for service on my A/C. I was really looking for a local business so I did a research “deep dive” and came across the amazing reviews for Renaissance Auto Care. I called to make an appointment and the owner, Jay, was able to get me in right away.

My AC stopped working and I was looking for a trustworthy shop to replace the AC compressor and find the root of the problem. I decided to go to Renaissance due to all the 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint. I was weary about taking it anywhere because I’ve had several issues with this car and have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. Jay was as upfront and honest as you could ask for. We have been taking our BMW to Renaissance for years. They are honest and do quality work. This trip they diagnosed and repaired a problem with the car's AC. Jay and his team communicated the issue and cost as they worked to fix. We rely on Renaissance to keep our car in top form.

5 stars. I dropped my car off for an AC repair and oil change. I was called and very well informed about the problem. The owner carefully explained everything to me to make sure I understood what needed to be repaired and what did not. I did not feel like I was being tricked into getting more work done than I needed, which was great! The work was quick and on time and I was updated along the way.
All in all, I'll be making this my go to auto shop!
