Thanks to Zim’s for the emergency save today. Blew a tire out on Rt 28 last evening and got there on the donut. They squeezed my car in today for 4 new tires and an alignment. Reasonably priced and outstanding customer service throughout the day. Should get me a few more years out of the old Accord.

Took my car there to get the alignment and balance checked... because my wheel was shaking at 60+mph. they put my tires on the balancer and told me all 4 rims were bent. I called my mechanic and he said they were trying to cheat me. He literally asked if I did some "dukes of hazard jumps " ; and that he couldnt believe they tried to do that to me.… He said my wheels have to go on the machine a certain way .. and if they aren't put on right they spin all crazy ; and that the guy who did it probably just made a mistake. My wife and I called many places getting tire prices. I spoke with a very informative woman on the phone. She give us the best deal in town. We were quoted an out the door price, once we got there she took our information once our car was done yep you guessed it. Its was exactly what we were quoted. BE WARE!!! Typical gouging automotive repair business. Wanted to charge $260 to install a $12 part that takes 20-30 minutes and has nothing to do with alignment (sway bar end link) before they would even do an alignment. Anyone who is not familiar with sway bar end links, they hook the lower control arms together via a steel bar and help control… sway when cornering, when one side becomes broken or unhooked, the bar simply spins up and is ineffective. They in no way make the car sit “crooked” like the gentleman explained to me. Crooked alright... and I’m not referring to
