Terrible, they charged me an obscene amount of money to fix my brakes, then when I got my car looked at by my usual mechanic he told me absolutely nothing new was on my brakes and that it appears that they've never been serviced. They robbed me because I was an ignorant college student who trusted them and no one should give them business or have faith in their services

I had to have my car towed from Hancock MD. I was on my way to Frostburg from Easton PA. Triple A arranged the tow. I inadvertently damaged the air dam. This garage fixed it well enough to drive my car back to Easton PA. I'm very thankful for the work they did.

I went to them because my car was squeaking when driven. They did a test drive and decided it was the breaks. They replaced the break pads but not the rotors. I also paid to get the car lubed. This "service" did not fix the squeaking. I brought my car to another mechanic. He explained to me that if either the rotor or break pads are replaced, the other needs to be replaced as well and showed me exactly

Came in for a suspected brake job, turns out I had a hub bearing and bushing failing and rust on the front brakes. Red Ridge was able to diagnose , find me the best/right parts, and get me back on my way as quick and for the best price as possible. Turns out the quoted price was LESS than what I paid. RR had passed on charging me for both pairs of parts when only one side was needed. I appreciate their knowledge and commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

I was 2 hours from home when my engine light comes on and I find myself stranded totally unfamiliar with the area. Totally at the mercy of fortune towing me somewhere trustworthy and fair. Luckily the excellent AAA tow truck driver brought me to this establishment and I quickly realized I was in good hands. The gentleman here kept me updated and made sure they exhausted all possible means as to diagnose my problem. I was on my way out Rt 68 to a convention in Ohio on a saturday when my car overheated and I was lucky enough to find my way to Red Ridge Auto Repair. Bruce treated me honestly and got me in touch with a rental car to complete my business while he expedited the parts necessary to fix a broken water pump on a BMW by Tuesday afternoon when I returned. They are AAA mechanics and did a splendid job on my car, but the real luck I struck there was the honesty and know - how. My bad luck turned out not so bad after all. I highly recommend Bruce and Chris to treat you right.
