Steve is very knowledgeable, I just had my second house inspected by the Inspection team they are through and on the money all of his team are steller! They will take the time and awnser all questions you may have, you can't go wrong with hiring them to do the job!

Steve and his wife make an amazing team! This morning we had our first inspection on our new build. This is also our first home and Steve went out of his way to answer any questions we had. Steve did an exceptional job inspecting my home.
As a first time home buyer he also took an hour of his time after the inspection was complete to walk me through general home maintenance and fixes.
Lovely guy, very knowledgeable.

Great communication on all aspects of what is covered including items under code. Great schedule including Saturdays which I recommend being there as they show you what all is found In case you have good questions. The report was timely and included lots of pics to support the findings. Friendly fast and efficient what else could you ask for?

The first thing you should look for in a qualified home inspector is whether he is educated and trained as a structural and/or civil engineer. A degree certainly does not guarantee they will be qualify and meticulous but it is a minimum requirement. Do not be fooled by the fact they are "licensed" because anyone and their dog can get a "license."
