Do not go here if you have a service animal. They let owners discriminate against ESA animals and will deny you, but give a poor excuse as to why to avoid getting in trouble. I have asked to speak with a manager and no one calls back. I am now getting legal action because the reason I was denied is absurd. I have never in my 9 years of renting have ever been denied. It's obvious the owner did not want animals. However, This was a perfect place for me and now I lost it due to discrimination.

I have never had an easier rental company to deal with. Throughout our entire tenancy they have been patient, kind, communicative, and understanding. When the pandemic hit they were extremely helpful and understanding when our payments fell behind. Melissa even went above and beyond to help us get rental assistance to get us through it. They are very responsive to maintenance requests of any kind no matter how small they may be. Even when giving us pesky HOA notices, Melissa managed to make us smile. We rented from DPM in 2012 for a couple years. Reasonable rent. Timely response. Great experience. Highly recommended. In 2020, when it was time to transition from our permeant home, we wanted to have a property management company represent us. We were reminded of DPM's integrity and once again, we used their services as our property manager. Very thorough, great communicators, and reasonable in price to oversee our home. Wish I could give 0 stars. Awful people to deal with. Give almost no notice before inspections, charge all tenants if one messes up. Charges exorbitant hidden fees. Tried to fight us when we have a Emotional Support animal due to my PTSD. I am a submarine veteran and they had no sympathy. They also refused to do a dissolution opting instead for a breaking of contract even though Coronavirus has changed my living arrangements. Never fixed the screen for the window and was disgusting when my wife and I first moved in. The only reason why we moved in is because we had no where else to live. They also

They are legitimately the best rental company I've ever dealt with. Anytime I have had a maintenance request, it was always handled in a timely matter. The receptionists are all immensely kind, understanding, and overall a pleasure to speak with. If I ever need to relocate, I will 100% contact them first. The home I rent now was recently sold to new owners and I'm literally going to miss Delta.
Don't take the bad reviews too seriously. If you are a respectful tenant you'll love them!

Very unhappy with the customer service. I took off early from work in downtown Seattle (mind you I’m losing money at this point) and use public transit due to parking as do ALL my coworkers and called to say I wasn’t going to make it because my bus was running late. Met with the opposition and refusal to make any accommodations like waiting for me since I was in my way I agreed to the following morning. I could not make my appointment because I had to be at work and was informed they would not see me or reschedule because of 2 missed appointments when their office is less than 2 miles away

I started renting from Delta in January and have had no issues. I turned in my move in inspection (which they allow you to do on your own and take it back to the office within a few days of move in) and they addressed the maintenance issues in a very timely manner - I asked if the fireplace was good to use and they had the fireplace cleaned because the tenants before never used it and I wanted to. The lease is very detailed. After reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but they had the duplex that fit my needs so I went with it. It was clean at move in, but I cleaned to my personal satisfaction

We hired Delta Property Management two years ago because we were not happy with our last management company. Jami and her staff have been very professional and do what they say they will do. they are fair to the tenants, as well as protect the property owner. We are very happy with the service from all the staff and recommend their services highly.

My wife and I hired Delta Property Management to help manage our rental house. Jami and her team are responsive and professional. Delta Property Management has managed our home for 4 years with 2 different tenants. They hold tenants accountable while attempting to accommodate their requests.
