I wish I could click zero stars! My family and I decided to write this review with 12 entire months left on the lease. 😂Awkward since we still have to pay these people 11 more times. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. Joanna seemed lovely and had all the right answers at first. We viewed the property quickly and all seemed fine. She verbalized the lease over the phone since we were moving from the other side of the state and again all seemed fine. 5 minutes prior to sending us the lease she adds $240 on to the monthly stating that it had been discussed and was

Joanna Schoettler, the owner of this company, is a horror. BEWARE!!! She will charge you for "services" never provided. Things that are in your contract to be included with the monthly rent you pay to her will not be included. When you bring things to her attention, she will endlessly deflect and avoid and play dumb. Whatever you do, do not sign on with this company. Look elsewhere Amazon transplants! There is a lot of housing in Seattle and THERE ARE GOOD PROPERTY MANAGERS. This company is NOT A GOOD ONE.
