NW Property Management Group "NWPMG" does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Please be prepared to pay the non-refundable application fee of $55.00 as outlined in the property listing and online application process. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
