I am so grateful to find this pharmacy. I came across it quite by accident - it is located across the hall from my primary doctor. I first went in there to ask about a booster shot for Covid. I was waiting for service behind another customer - leaning on my walker. The pharmacist came out from behind the counter and pointed out to me that my walker was not assembled properly and was too low for my height! He promptly started fixing my walker right there in the store - height, brake lines, and wheel connections! What great service is that! And what a difference the higher walker has made

I have been going to this pharmacy for about the last four years and I respect the willingness and do diligence that they go well beyond what one would expect has been my experience. If you are looking for great service as well as a kind and thoughtful as well as caring individuals, you need not look any further. My advice is give them a try and I will assure you, you will be back.

Well, it says something that the pharmacist does respond to Yelp comments, see if he does here, but my rating is based on my experience so I'll see what they say. I first got it confused with VM pharmacy but instead of trying to convince me to use theirs he quickly dismissed me and told me to call them (saw another review where they didn't want to fill prescription) but came back to them because you could call them as late as 3 to get same day delivery.
At first the assistant tried to talk me out of using them as the Pharmacist was going to lunch but she finally decided to help, but no one called

Nasty, rude, miserable employees and the guy who runs this place is even worse. They are extremely rude and curt. I would never shop here again. I don't recommend it to anyone. They have nothing I want anyway. I would just go to another pharmacy if a MD wrote another prescription for me at the hospital.

I went into The Plaza Pharmacy on June 1, 2018. When I walked in I asked the clerk at the register could they fill my prescription and she stated Yes. So I give it to her. She fills the prescription and when I got ready to pay, she says to me, "We are not filling your prescription anymore, go closer to your house". I normally wouldn't have gotten mad, but I asked her that question when I first walked in and if this pharmacy didn't want to fill the prescription they should have stated that in the beginning when I asked. Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I have an 87 year old uncle who takes multiple prescription medications regularly and Plaza pharmacy delivers the meds to his residence. Their billing process is so confusing and inconsistent. My uncle does not have Medicare Part D, so we pay cash for all his meds through a credit card which they have on file.
There were times that the charges for same medications(same dosage & same manufacturer) were $3 to $5 more than the previous bill. I called and they would give credit. An elderly patient would not be able to focus on these unfair billing practice

My heroes!!!! If you want an honest caring pharmacy, this is your place! I was searching for 3 days to have meds made for my kitty (all other pharmacies either couldn't do it, it would take two days or they wanted to charge $50-$100!)

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Refused to file claim correctly with our insurance for my husband to receive his flu shot. Poor excuse for a pharmacy not to mention they lied about what our insurance company covered. I called the insurance company and confirmed they covered it under our policy but guess the profit margin wasn't good enough for the pharmacy to actually do their job. Don't trust this pharmacy...they will lie to your face! And they don't even deserve the one star.

I had a particular prescription that I needed ASAP. I called Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS. None of the locations had the prescription that I needed right away. I called this place and they had the prescription! I came to them and they were VERY polite and fast! I will be coming here again. Thank you! :)

Very caring staff. I came here after I was in a car accident and needed some cold packs. The cashier rounded up all of the different cold packs they carried so I didn't have to look for them (I was in a neck brace) and explained the difference between all of them. I will definitely be coming back for any future pharmacy needs.
