I will give 3 stars for their friendliness but their prices are inconsistent and outrageous!! Will not be returning here. 60 pills was 75.00 last month I could've paid 21.00 at cvs & now this month they charged 5 more dollars for the same thing. They don't take any prescription discount cards either. Also it's always so hot in there and she talks so much it makes wait times longer. Sorry to say I won't be returning!

This business is a business worth visiting. The owners are smiling and courteous people. I felt so comfortable and welcomed right when I walked through the door. I came to visit them for my vaccination for COVID-19. It was so pleasant and clean. The pharmacist were so good at explaining everything to me and also made sure I understood. The pharmacist and techs are very professional and accommodating. Friendly, kind and understanding. They work with your doctor and insurance to alleviate the patients stress! 🙌🏼 I love the tranquil spa calmness when I walk in, aromatherapy and and meditation music meet you at the door. I just want to give a shout out for Southwood Pharmacy. The pharmacist and owner, Uyen Tran, is such a lovely person. We followed her here from the big chain pharmacy where she worked previously. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. The pharmacy is at 22220 PV Blvd at the corner of Sepulveda in Torrance. Highly recommend.

Great service! Called yesterday to ask about a supplement that had been recommended to me, and Dr. Tran spent so much time on the phone with me going over all my vitamins, supplements and medications. She explained the benefits of each one, when they should be taken, the correct dosage of each, etc. She's a wealth of knowledge. She sent the items I ordered yesterday and I've already received them. Excellent service - she's an amazing resource.

We were trying to get a prescription filled and literally my son went to five different pharmacies and no one had the medication he was prescribed. Finally, he tried Southwood... and the pharmacist there took the time to explain to him why no one had what he wanted and help him resolve the problem by getting a slightly different Rx from the doctor. Thank you Southwood Pharmacy. We'll be trying you first from now on!

This is such a breath of fresh air in providing pharmacy services! This highly educated, experienced, and knowledgeable pharmacist opened her own pharmacy providing professionalism and personal service. She interacts with your doctor, tracks your shots, offers holistic options and will have them delivered to your door, if necessary. I've received a personal call that the second shot in a series is due - I had completely lost track. Be sure to stop in - she will take the time to talk to you and you'll never go to the big stores again.

Got referred by my neighbor and I'm glad I made the switch. Do you remember how it felt to go to a neighborhood doctor who knew you on a first name basis and how safe you felt? This is that place. The Dr. takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is a pharmacist that used to work at Walgreens but they kept moving/ rotating them far away so she decided to set up her own. I love supporting small businesses without sacrificing quality so this is the best of both worlds. Good value great smiles and guarantee quality of product and knowledge.
