We accept most major insurance plans, as well as AHCCCS, Medicaid, and Medicare. Because the insurance plans we accept may change, we ask that you contact our Patient Access Center at 602-685-6000 to determine if your plan is qualified under our contract with that company.

Getting tested can sometimes be a scary thing, but I am glad I decided to come here. They were a little short staffed but while everyone was workin extra to take care of everyone they were still very friendly and comforting! Chris took care of my testing and was super easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable. I would reccommend anyone needing to get tested coming here.

I came here to get panel testing and had a great experience! I didn't know what to expect but I definitely wasn't expecting this level of excellence! Everyone was compassionate, professional and personable. Moquatin definitely stood out. He is awesome. I haven't experienced this level of excellence in years and I will refer everyone that I know to get their testing done at this site. Thank you all for having this and thank you to the staff!

This place is amazing! Setting up an appt was so easy, I called and right away the appt scheduler gave me options that best worked for me, and the tests ARE FREEEE. I was greeted at the door by wonderful Moquatin who was kind, informative, funny and put me at ease. He broke down the whole facility for me and told me everything that Terros health offers, and let me tell you, these people really care!!!!! Volunteers are welcome and if your trying to give back to your community this is a great option 💙 When it was time for my Std/Sti test again Moquatin was gentle and fast, and Kelly did great

I loved my experience at this place, and cannot recommend it enough! I was first pleasantly and promptly greeted at the door by Megan. She helped me get set up, and informed me of all the steps that will be taking place. Just a few moments later, I was greeted by Moquatin, who took me to one of the rooms and began the processes. He was very friendly and passionate about working there. He didn’t just treat me like another patient, he treated me like a person. Establishing a connection, and helping me feel at ease, which is so rare to find from anyone who works in the medical field these days.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. when i called to book my appointment, the guy who answered the phone was super nice and helpful and made me feel really good about my appointment. when i got there, i immediately had a mini-covid check and then i was only waiting for like 1 or 2 minutes before my nurse came to follow through with the testing. the man who conducted my tests was named moquatin, and he was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! i got tested two days ago and i should be getting my results back either today or tomorrow. definitely would recommend this place!

Called trying to schedule an appointment for the Stapley Drive office. Was transferred to the MOST RUDE and ignorant receptionist that I have ever encountered! WOW! Do NOT waste your time even callling this location! I heard her set the phone receiver DOWN on the desk while she carried on with other things! When I asked if she was still there, on the line, she snickered! I'd give this a ZERO STAR RATING if they would allow it! Even ANIMALS are treated BETTER at the Vet Clinics that I have been to!! Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere ELSE!

Don't even waste your time with this group. NO LOCATION IS SAFE. I was seeking psychiatric help to deal with Lyme Disease and other medical issues. Finally after months of intakes and schedule changes from them... today was my day to see Joyce, who is a therapist at the 6153 W. Olive location.
First off, I arrived at 8:10 for an 8:15 check in and 8:30 appointment. Signed in, and sat down. Never once was I acknowledged or did anyone even try to make eye contact. I sat there for 45 minutes before I finally decided to find out what was going on. All I can say is these people are incompetent
