There is a fee of $150 for the resale certificate/6D (there is a $50 additional charge for rush service which would be within 3 business days). The certificate will only be good through the end of the month that it is requested in. Please submit your request at least 1 - 1 1/2 weeks prior to the closing date.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This company is horrible. They overcharge for all the work they perform and sometimes don’t perform. They do not conduct background checks. I’ve been struggling for 1 year to evict a tenant they moved in who had prior evictions. Do not contract this company to manage your property. Horrible company

You have no rights renting with this establishment. Other tenants have different leases with more rights and special treatment than others for no legitimate reason, and maintenance and proper management of rental homes has taken a dive since we have moved in last September. Thanks to COVID we are stuck in this situation for another year. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional ecen worse than other places. We do not appreciate being bullied or made to feel powerless. We deeply regret working with First Choice!

Haven't had any issues with them. The apartment I'm renting is beautiful and it is a GREAT deal for how much they charge me for rent. They always respond to me in a timely manner and provide next day maintenance.
One thing to note is that they are sort of a "budget" rental company...so take the other reviews with a grain of salt...a lot of people don't write reviews unless they feel very strongly one way or the other. Since they don't go out of their way to do anything super generous (thereby increasing cost & rent) you can't expect there to be many ecstatic reviews...I think they do just fine

We moved in here in January of this year...and we cannot wait to get out. The property Management team is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards their tenants. First Choice Propety Management lacks any sense of professionalism. They are utterly incompetent and extremely unhelpful. They show no care for the tenants. I have received numerous rude e-mails when filing complaints and receive no answer on e-mails for a week or longer at a time. I had a property Manage get promoted and no one contacted us to tell us who to start contacting until I complained of being ignored for a week. When

UPDATE – First Choice has since reached out to me try to correct the numerous deficiencies in their service. While I will update this review to reflect the last 2-3 interactions which have been more positive - I will be leaving the prior review up until everything is complete.

It's been many years since I had to deal with this company, but because recently I've been hearing horror stories I felt it necessary to affirm the dissatisfaction. They are totally inept and irresponsible, obviously having time to refute bad reviews and not actually complete any pressing work.
For example, in the winter of 2010, my condo one day was freezing. I asked them--our property managers at the time--to come investigate. They ended up replacing my digital thermostat for an analog one and left it at that. Although I continued to report dangerously cold temperatures, they didn't act again
