Al Resende from nexus came to my home and replaced my bathroom vanity! He made sure I was happy and consulted with the landlord to confirm it needed to be changed out. He was totally respectful and even had to deal with my special needs 4 year old watching and asking questions, he was even amazing with him! I will gladly allow him into my home for future repairs. Sink broke in my apartment last night and Tom from nexus received the call called me as early as he could and set up a time for me right after I got out of work. Then when I was running late and he couldn’t get in without me he waited for me and replaced my sink with no added stress to my long day. Anytime I have an issue and hear him call me back it instantly relieves my stress.

Here I am once again 6 months later with a bathroom half way done! Unprofessional in every aspect! Instead of using caulking to seal the bathtub, the guy used plaster. Unbelievable. Scraped it out to find black and brown water/mold & wet plaster falling into the tub. Disgusting. I have 3 small children. This is unacceptable.

My Husband and I wanted to buy a rental property but we didn’t have any experience doing so. Greg was great at helping us find the right place and giving us much needed advise throughout the whole process. Nexus has been reliable as they offer 24hr emergency services. They can handle all of the tasks that they advertise for. Although preparing an apartment and non-emergency maintenance job prices seem to be a bit high, they are optional. I would recommend them for handling evictions, emergency services, rent collection, and sending out notices.

This used to be a great PM company. I have been using them for about 7 years. However, today they suddenly terminated the relationship because they left my tenant without heat for 10 days, and I told her I was sorry about it, advocated for her, and asked them if they would offer her compensation for that. They deflected responsibility by telling me our relationship had become "unhealthy" because I communicate directly with my tenants and because I had emailed the manager (Greg) of the company directly rather than sending all messages through the portal.

I was quoted a price for repair work and then charged more than quoted and was also charged twice for a repair. I provided a paper trail of the quote and invoices they had submitted for the work. They did agree to refund me some money but it was still more than what they quoted me. This wasn't the first or last time an incident like this occurred.

TERRIBLE. I reached out to the Providence AND the Fall River locations in regards to apartments they each had posted on their sites. I filled out the online forms multiple times. I still have yet to hear from Fall River. I actually got a text (after about 2 weeks of trying) from someone at the Providence office to let me know the apartment I was interested in had been rented. I hired them to manage my property which included maintenance collecting rent and monthly check ups I got complaints from the neighbors in the city that is trash everywhere and tenants said they paid rent but I never received payments I don't have a multiple violations because Nexus property manager claimed they maintain the property but I have proof that they never touched it at all and they stole money from me

This Company is the worst, most uncaring, non compassionate group of heartless individuals that really have no business addressing themselves as property managers. Dealt with a malfunctioning toilet for 10 days. They promised to send Seth out to repair and no one responded. Not even a call to assure a pending repair. My girlfriend and I were looking at a property in Woonsocket. The agent was very nice and attentive. Initially we had problems trying to submit an application on their portal. And since this was the only way they would except one, we had to message the agent several times before figuring out it was a problem on their end. I was a tenant in a Nexus property for 3 months. I had to move out because of code violations that, to be fair, existed before the landlord hired them as the property management company. However, they did not handle these issues any more responsively than the slum landlord had. They did not respond to my requests for service- not even when I had a leak coming through the ceiling through a light fixture and chunks of ceiling falling down on my roommates bed. They have an online system for maintenance requests at 11:50am I put in a request and at Noon Mike and Todd were walking in my apartment to fix my fridge which had been leaking on the ground. While they were here they fixed my toilet which went wonky that morning, the shower that had a loose handle, the dishwasher that was also leaking, and the garbage disposal which was clogged. The best part about all of this, they noticed the dishwasher and the garbage disposal and just fixed it, all the while saying "May as well do it while we are here." Both
