5 months after getting new brakes and rotors they began to squeak badly..I asked if they would just lube them...they said I needed a new set which cost me $500 initially..... no way I should have to replace brakes that soon....they refuse to just lubricant like I ask on a job they did....sucks going to these shops ...women are always being ripped off....I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Scammers and unprofessional! The manager has no respect or decency AT ALL! He demeaned me for having a used battery and assumed it was from the junk yard. The battery had nothing to do with the electrical wiring they SUPPOSEDLY replaced!
Took my car in and they claimed to have done a diagnostic on it and fixed electrical wiring
What they did makes no sense and they left my bass knob unplugged!

So unprofessional as they’ve had my bmw truck for more than a week and failed at one time to put it back together after repairing, this time again failed to put pieces back together and blamed another location instead of having enough customer service to be sure my truck was put back together. Have to my wife to drive without engine compartment back in place and truck safe. Very bad place to do business…DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS….very disappointing….more than $1000.00 in work done and they didn’t have decency to care and appreciate. To send my wife away knowing this truck was repaired

Could not have been nicer to deal with. Very efficient and communicated with me each step of the way so I never felt like I was uninformed as to my wait time is what they were doing. They also were very competitive in their pricing. After checking other shops they priced out the best. I will definitely be using this shop again!!

My mom come to this place for her oil changes! They damaged the oil pan by over tighten the drain plug or cross threading the drain plug. Inside of the drain plug has no threads! Nonetheless, they won't own up to it and refuse to make the situation right. If you damaged the vehicle you and you have the records to prove why not own up to it so you won't lose a customer that's been going to you for over a decade. Better

My car was under warranty and the check engine light was on. My car was shaking like it was in a twerk contest! They did get it to stop shaking. But the check engine light is still there. I have taken it back three times now. Wish me luck! Third times a chram.. i also might add they have been super helpful with dropping me off and picking me up.

Dropped my truck off under the impression my car would at least be diagnosed and possibly fixed by end of business day and I would receive a call when either was done. Needless to say that didn't happen. In fact they didn't call by end of business day in fact my car wasn't touched at all and according to them they don't know when they would get today tomorrow maybe next week so I went and picked my car up your word is all you have and if you can't make a warranty fix then I don't trust you with my car DONT GO HERE. I should have paid attention to the previous review

BEWARE! Unexperienced mechanics! They will improperly diagnose your vehicle issue making you return repeatedly for repairs and adding on costs that they should have orginally discovered and fixed in the first place. If drivetime warranty company sends you here for a repair, request another repair facility.
