I looked at all of the reviews before I decided to go to Fine Tune. Some reviews said they overcharged while others gave promising stories. I decided that I should try them out because they accepted my vehicle service warranty. Originally, they gave an estimate of over 4000 to replace my transmission, which was contrary to me only being covered for about 2700. The owner, Jason found a way to do it cheaper and he took off the diagnostic fee so I didn’t have to pay anything OUT OF POCKET. He even repaired my sway bar link for free.They completely streamlined the vehicle service warranty so I didn’t

FTA recommended to me. I took my car their because my convertible top wasn't opening or closing. I was charged $95 for the diagnosis and given an estimate of $480 for a complete repair. I then went to another dealer who read their repair service recommendation and estimated repair costs, asking me why all these charges? He checked motor unit and found the problem to be a low fluid level in the convertible top motor which cost me $50 instead of their estimate of $480! The top is functioning properly now just like new!

There's a lot I could mention but I'll just state the overall issues. We took our 2014 BMW in to get serviced 12/28/18 and didn't not get it back until 12 days later for a thermostat and control arms. Granted the New Year holiday was in between those days but it shouldn't have taken 12 days AT ALL! Outside of the long wait time, lack of communication and the amount of pressure they applied to get new tires and "other" work (they wanted to pad the warranty claim), they left the bolts loose on our axle which could have been tragic with my wife driving to work and dropping

I brought my 2010 Buick Lacrosse to this p.o.b on Dec 18, 2018 because my check engine light is on and my remote starter isn't working and I wanted to fix it so I could pass the vehicle emisions test to get my vehicle sticker. When i brought my vehicle to this p.o.b I spoke with a woman named Danielle who told me that they would have to do a diagnostic and a smoke test to determine "EVERYTHING" that was wrong with my vehicle before they could give me an accurate quote. I have to agree with the previous review in 2017. Wish I had read this before! Oh well, you life and you learn! As they say, bought lesson. This place, I don't even want to say they're a repair shop, cause before they actually repair anything, you're gonna need a small loan to pay them. Ridiculous prices, deceptive practices and poor timing in getting back to customers about issues! GO elsewhere, I beseech you!

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Charged me $3800 dollars to help my car past emissions. A week after I got it back, my EPC light came on and my car was shaking. They charged me $165 for another repair. A week later, the entire engine stops. They offered to take it apart to see if it was their fault. They told me they were 95% sure that was the water pump. I get it towed from their shop to a Volkswagen because I did not trust them anymore with my car. They had the nerve to send my car to volkswagen with the engine completely torn apart, without telling me. Volkwagen informed me that they could not

Recently brought my Lexus in for a routine oil change/maintenance [first time customer]. I have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say about Fine Tune Auto Service. Making the appointment over the phone was very easy and Danylle B who helped me schedule was beyond nice and GREAT. The actual oil change and service was also GREAT. I was in and out within an hour. Took my car here for a repair and when they disconnected my battery and reconnect they shorted out a sensor and tried to charge me for it. Bad customer service not responsible for they're own mistakes. I wont be returning. I took it to another mechanic and they fixed the problem they caused at a quater of the cost fine tune was charging me

They charged me $60 to visually inspect my vehicle (which I have had done already for free at a reputable repair shop prior to coming to Fine Tune), although I was expecting a front wheel alignment! It was not explained to me that they will just drive my car into a bay without a test drive, eyeball it, not remove a single tire, not do the required repair, and still charge me for it!!

That was the worst shop I have ever been to in my life.....had my car for 3 weeks and when i get it back my engine fails on me after they were notified I had a warranty they replaced or say they they replaced my transmission and my radiator one day later it's back in their shop for another full week because they said a reservoir cap and a thermostat and trying to charge me 600 dollars because as they say the warranty doesn't cover this..OLD SCHOOL MECHANIC TRICKS THEY ARE NOT GOODS PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH..MAYBE IF I WANNA START A CORRUPTION RING I'LL START THERE BUT IF THEO SEE

I went to Fine tune for a wheel alignment. They told me that they could not do the wheel alignment because my lower ball joints were bad, they had to be replaced before they could do the alignment. Come To find out that they had purposely loosen the Ball joints. I took it to a another repair shop that I trusted and they told me that the Ball joints were purposely loosened and they tighten them up and gave me and wheel alignment . This place is nothing more than a ripoff. They had the nerve to charge me $52 for a inspection.
