At a follow up Dr. Heinz sat with me comparing the before and afters. I mentioned the difficulty biting on foods which led Dr. Heinz to recognize the issues of my bite. He reshaped more teeth to get things fitting right. It's better, but I still hate how much changed when I just wanted one tooth pushed back in place. It was a ten minute appointment that turned into ninety as Dr. Heinz really took the time to see what was wrong with my bite. However, I still wish I never got the braces. My bite fit better before braces and without the need to reshape multiple teeth. Again this is specific to

Invisalign appointments require 3 minutes of their time. As long as you are wearing them as directed, you sit down, get a new set of trays, and leave. I was supposed to pick up my last set of trays. Not only do I drive 35 minutes to get there but I had to take off work, only to realize the text they sent me was for two days out, not the next day (Yes, this is MY fault). However, with the distance I traveled and the business of the holiday season AND WITH COVID going on, you'd think they'd want to limit people returning to their office. They literally could not hand me my last set of trays

We were a vacationing family, when our daughter got herself into a little ortho emergency. We were states away from her normal ortho, Dr. Kruse and his staff had us seen and fixed up within 2 hours of calling. The staff was wonderful and kind. When we move back to the area in the future, we would strongly consider making this practice our official Orthodontist for our children. We highly recommend!!!
