Everyone at this office is incredible - from the front desk, to every technician, and the doctor. They genuinely care about the well-being of every patient. We've had several occasions where we needed care after hours and Dr. Miller has driven into the office on weekends just to take care of one my children! One of the front desk staff even came in on a holiday so we could pick up a replacement retainer! From the minute you walk into Miller Orthodontics, you are greeted with friendliness and efficiency. Kids are able to check themselves in, encouraging independence. At each check-in appointment, patients earn coins if they are compliant with the treatment. These can be saved up and used at the end of treatment for things like Starbucks and Amazon cards (and other items appealing to younger kids). This helped to encourage buy-in and gave a sense of excitement to my son for his appointments! Most importantly, his teeth look great!

Wonderful office experience every visit! Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable and skilled. He is receptive and timely with addressing questions and concerns. He is a caring human. His office staff is professional and kind. They work to accommodate patient scheduling needs as well as providing flexibility and understanding when scheduling times do not work. Office is clean:)

We've been to several dentists/orthodontists in this area and in three other states where we've lived and Dr. Miller is by far the best. His expertise is unmatched as evidenced by the results my wife, son and daughter achieved through their treatment plans. No case is too complex. Dr. Miller and his staff are professional, friendly, and punctual. My time with them has been exceptional. Dr. Miller is kind and gentle in his approach and very thorough. He is also quite funny!
I should also say I am not your typical ortho patient as I decided to get my work done after the age of 50. This office is very respectful of the patient who works and accommodated my schedule, which was extremely important to me since my time is limited. My appointments were prompt.

We’ve been very happy with Dr. Miller and his staff. They have great bedside manner with our two girls. From the initial consultation, to each appointment they have explained where the treatment stands and what’s next. Appointments are easy in, easy out. Miller Orthodontist is amazing! I have had one daughter get treatment, and it was quicker treatment than we were expecting. If there was an issue with her Invisalign they were sure to get her in quick to solve the issue. I also have two other children who get followed by Dr. Miller two times a year to see when they will need to intervene with treatment. During these appointments the staff and Dr. are always explaining treatment and causes clearly, unlike most places. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in search of orthodontic care of all ages.
