St. James Preschool admits students of any race, color, religion, and national or ethnic origin. We accept children and parents without regard to religious faith, affiliation or belief. We help all children in our care grow in their personal relationship with the Lord. Founded in 1978, in Langhorne Boro, we have been preparing children for kindergarten readiness for over 30 years.
Our knowledge and experience is reflected in our educational programs taught by highly qualified, certified teachers. We have 4 classrooms, an expansive fenced in playground, and great hall. Services
St. James Preschool offers several different main classrooms as well as additional educational opportunities. We review our annual enrollment to determine the most appropriate make up of classes based on the children's developmental and social needs. Our atmosphere provides individual attention, as our ratio of teacher to children is much lower that a traditional school.
Our preschool is located on the grounds of St. James Episcopal Church in historic downtown Langhorne, PA. The school was founded in 1978 by members of the parish and although it continues to grow beyond the bounds of the families who are part of the parish, the church vestry still maintains a liaison role for the school.
