William Penn Center Preschool is a program of Lower Bucks Community Centers, Inc. which was established in 1952. William Penn Center is a private, non-profit educational facility dedicated to providing the highest quality in children's programs for children ages 2-5. William Penn Center Preschool strives to provide programs that are developmentally appropriate.
Our goal is to give each child a warm environment that encourages the development of socialization skills, independence, and a positive self-image. Our experienced teaching staff embraces the view that each child is a unique person with an individual pattern and timing of physical, social, and intellectual development.

Services
Our 2-year-old program is designed for children who will be between 2 and 3 by September of the school year. To provide a warm and happy environment in which each child's physical, emotional and social needs are determined and met. To provide an informal atmosphere in which each child may choose activities from a variety of age-appropriate learning areas, such as dramatic play, puzzles, instruments, etc.
