Elizabeth F. Cannon was raised in Elizabethton, TN and graduated from Elizabethton High School before pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree at East Tennessee State University. After earning her Bachelor of Science Degree she earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.
Had to have a cavity fixed. The new laser process was amazing! Absolutely no pain, no shot to numb my mouth and I was out of there in just under 30 minutes. Thank you Dr. Cannon you are AWESOME! Between two visits for cleaning, filling and whitening, I was extremely satisfied with the staff and the results.

I had my first appointment today and it was wonderful! Everyone is so nice, and after years of dentists brushing off (no pun intended) my jaw pain and issues, Cannon Family helped me understand the causes and took steps to help treat it. The atmosphere is comfortable also, and it’s clear that they really care about their patients. I highly recommend them! I’m grateful to have found them.

The ladies there are such a comforting group. I have a huge fear of dentists but they have such great attitudes and always smiling. I was calmed right down thanks to misha! Dr. Cannon didn't treat me like a dollar sign! I was an individual to her and was very appreciative for that. I'm thankful for them and the fast work they gave me on a broken tooth. Best part.......PAINLESS!!!!! Thank you ladies for your help!

I went in as a new patient to make an appointment. Two receptionist were having a wonderful time with a patient, talking about texting someone at Cookout and a lot of personal nonsense.
I stood there thinking one of them would certainly be professional enough to acknowledge my presence which never happened.
With such lack of common curtesy, I quickly realized this was not the place for me and left.

If you have to go to the dentist, then this is the place to pick. All staff members are friendly, courteous and professional. It's like visiting with friends. The chairs are top notch and give you a relaxing massage. Dr. Cannon is caring and encouraging. She gave me hope for a pretty smile, then made it happen. I'll always be grateful for her and her wonderful staff. Thanks girls!!!

My hygienist, Amanda was very knowledgeable and sweet. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Cannon was incredibly professional and easy going. All around great visit for myself. My kids, 2 &4 years old have visited their office as well and had an awesome first dental experience. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Who can honestly say that trips to the dentist are fun?! CFD patients, that’s who! :) I am greeted with a friendly, smiling face when I walk through the door and promptly escorted back to a massage chair with a TV view while my teeth are cleaned. The building is modern and comfortable and clean. The staff go above and beyond to make your visit a good one. My hygienist, Amanda, is knowledgeable, thorough, and puts me at ease as soon as I sit down in her chair. Thank you Dr. Cannon and staff for a great experience every 6 months for my cleanings! :)

A friend from work recommended Dr. Cannon with such enthusiasm that I had to check it out. Dr. Cannon & the staff @ CFD are great about making appointments, sending a reminder, and making the whole appointment a good experience. I went in for a cleaning and had such a great experience that I'm switching dentists permanently, and I liked my last dentist too. The office is great, the chairs massage your back while you kick back and watch ESPN! I'm a convert, went from being anxious about every dentist appt. to now looking forward to my next cleaning.
