They were my regular dentist until about 6 months ago, but after enough bad experiences I had to find someone else. They're fine for just regularly cleanings, other than it didn't feel like a "family" dentistry. Maybe it was just me, but they weren't usually super friendly or personal. My real issue came when I needed fillings done though. They did a filling for me that fell out not even a year later, and they kept putting off fixing it until it started causing me pain almost every time I ate. After they fixed it the pain actually got worse, so I went to another dentist and ended up needing a root

Like Amber Canter, I experienced the same treatment and now I need the tooth pulled she filled with a filling cause she drilled over half the tooth gone. Also my old crown now has to be pulled as she knocked it off during another procedure and incorrectly put it back on. But as amber conveniently pointed out my insurance mysteriously wasn’t accepted and I was dismissed as a patient.

My husband and I have been going here for the past year. We have had extractions, fillings, root canals, and Dr Carly redid my bridge and done a beautiful job at it. Shes a wonderful dentist and I am thankful to have found her. She brought my smile back. I love her staff too! Awesome staff and they do care about their patients.

My family drives from Kingsport to see Dr. Carly and the high quality of care is well worth the trip. I have a job where appearance is tremendously important and when it comes to creating and maintaining a beautiful smile, Dr. Carly does not disappoint. If you are considering cosmetic work, I would highly recommend setting up a cleaning and consultation appointment. The front office always explains the cost in detail before and after each visit so there are no surprises financially and the place is extremely clean. Thank you Dr. Carly for my gorgeous smile and my family’s continual care!
