Private Personal Training is a blend of Olympic lifts, kettlebell training, gymnastic ring training, battling ropes, TRX functional training, bodyweight training, core work and a variety of other dynamic exercises. With races all over the United States, we can help you get in the right physical and mental shape for fierce competition or simply completing your first course. We use a proven periodization method to ensure that you peak at race time and stay healthy and free of injuries in the process.

Sound is a class that offers clients a truly authentic environment, utilizing unorthodox devices such as prowlers, sleds, kettlebells, traveling rings, Keiser functional equipment, climbing ropes, bungees, and Olympic weightlifting devices, as well as more traditional circuits into a phenomenal workout called SOUND.

BRN (pronouced Burn) Fitness is a no nonsense results oriented training facility. The coaches are intellectually diverse and all practice living a healthy lifestyle. The Sound (bootcamp style workout) is always fast paced , intense ,but fun. Most importantly BRN is a very clean and great facility for coaches to call home.
