The personal trainers at Locke's Personal Fitness are experienced experts at getting people in shape through exercise and nutrition. If you know you need help, and you know you won't do it on your own, you need us! Our clean, friendly and fully-equipped personal training studio is located in Bethel Park near South Hills Village.

Our Bethel Park Personal Trainers are certified, insured, friendly and personable. We all have our favorite activities and specialties and we'll match you up with the perfect trainer for your specific goals, activities or sport. We've been in business at this location since 2006, and because of our success and outstanding reputation, our clientele, keeps growing and so does our staff!
Services
Sherry Locke conducts a TPI golf screen for golfers of all ages and skill levels then designs a golf-specific fitness program to address weaknesses and improve overall strength and flexibility as it pertains to an effective golf swing as well as provide insight as to golf characteristics that could be causing or will eventually cause injury.
Experience: Over the last several decades, my fitness career transitioned from dance instructor to aerobics instructor to personal trainer. I've been a certified personal trainer since 1994. Locke's Personal Fitness began as an in-home personal training business in 1994 where I traveled to clients' homes, businesses and country clubs across Pittsburgh for about seven years.
We are a group of trainers running our own businesses out of the same studio, sharing equipment and helping each other out by offering an extra hand, advice, support and comradery. We have a pretty good time here. Remember, you'll never work a day in your life if you love what you do. My husband and I have trained there for the last 6 years. The staff helped train my husband and I for marathons, half marathons and obstacle course events. The staff are attentive to focusing on and achieving your goals. The environment is clean, well maintained, and the staff are courteous and helpful. We would still be training there if we didn’t move away. We highly recommend their strength training services.

I first started training with Sherry after a rotator cuff injury. I was hoping to avoid surgery, but I was having a lot of pain when I used the arm and when I slept. She helped me get into better shape, lose weight, and condition the muscles around the shoulder. Six months later, I was pain free. I can't say enough good things about her.

I train here with my incredible trainer Julius Scott! The gym has everything we need for our workouts. It is clean and doesn't get crazy crowded.
