Mark at Bothell Heating was extremely helpful figuring out what was going on with our York 4 ton heat pump in our 6 year old house. He carefully listened to all the details I had, and helped come up with a cost effective solution for our issue.
I tried talking to the HVAC company that the builder had used to install our system, but they were asking for my credit card number before they'd even come out... Again, I can't recommend these guys enough, they are definitely customer-first!

Mark is a straight shooter. He says it like it is and doesn't steer you wrong or try to take advantage of desperate situation. He responds promptly to service calls and works efficiently. I bought a new house and wanted to get the furnace and heat pump checked out and tuned up, as the house had been sitting empty for a while. Mark, the owner, called back, set up a time and showed up as promised. He did a great job. He could have made up something that needed repairing, but he didn't. He was honest. All he charged for was the service fee, which he told me what it was up front before we set up the appointment . And it was HALF of what another local company said they would charge. So, I highly recommend Mark and Bothell Heating & Air Conditioning.
