Very satisfied with the service provided by CM Heating in repairing my furnace. Amy was very helpful in setting the appointment, giving me all the details I needed in a professional and courteous manner. Antonio was the service rep who arrived as promised, listened to my description of the issue and had the proper part replaced and the unit up and running within the hour. He was friendly and very professional and took the time to explain the issue to me. I'm very happy with their service and will give CM Heating first consideration when it comes time to replace the furnace.

Very professional and friendly. These are hardworking men and the team faced an extremely difficult install.
They did a great job. The sheet metal tech was excellent as were the other team members. We do have a little rework to do on the refrigerant line routing but I am confident that issue will be resolved.

CM Heating installed a ductless mini-split on our older home. They were very professional. The team arrived promptly and got right to work. Every member of the team kept on task, yet took the time to answer questions. I was very pleased with the way every part of the organization communicated --from the initial bid to the scheduling and installation. It is too early to know how reliable the product is, but it started without issue and the heat pump easily warmed the house, even though it was only 36 degrees F outside. We are looking forward to seeing how it cools in the summer! Five stars for professionalism

We have had excellent service and communication from initial scheduling, through install, and beyond. They have always been prompt to reply and have been incredible in helping us figure out our A/C needs while dealing with furnace issues from the other company the builders used in our only few years old home. When contracting service through a large company, you have no idea who will be sent out to do the work; it could be someone who has experience, no experience, or is completely indifferent to your problem. I called CM Heating to do a tune-up and to address a problem where my furnace blower seemed delayed in starting. The furnace was still working and I had heat. I explained the situation in detail to the first employee that came out to do the work. After I explained the problem we walked over to the furnace and he asked me if there were any issues with the furnace. Since I just explained the problem

Chris and Remus did a fantastic job! All their work was done neatly and in a manner that blended in to the surrounding portions of the house. They also cleaned all the areas they worked in, leaving the spaces as clean as or even better than when they arrived. Pricing was competitive and only $180 more than their biggest competitor. We decided to pay the small amount more for CM Heating because of their friendly customer support throughout the entire process and better warrantees.

Awesome and professional work done. The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. My fireplace was lighting up and going out every couple of minutes. He was able to troubleshoot it down to a part and scheduled a follow up appointment with the office. After the part arrive the technician was able to install the part and found another problem with the switch. He proceeded to fix that problem and only charged me for the actual problems with my fireplace. So in the long run I was not charged for the extra part only for the issues that effected my fireplace. It's great to find an honest company

Heater went out on Wednesday night. CM was here Thursday am. My heater was very old (1975) and basically done. They walked me through a new furnace, secured me 12 months same as cash financing, and showed up Friday for the tear out and new install. I'm now sitting in my house Friday night with a brand new furnace and very cozy heat billowing away.
Zero complaints, this is the way this is supposed to be done. Couldn't be happier..they were very prompt and kept me updated with pictures of the technicians that were on their way. This was beyond professional. I can't say enough good
