We had Lee and his wife out to do our home inspection in August. Nice folks, but they missed major issues with the house that are costing me greatly now. First thing was the upstairs Jacuzzi tub leaks and floods the basement through a light fixture. I emailed Lee when we found that one to let him know he missed it and he did not respond. It is now October and our AC is out. Had the HVAC tech out and when he opened the indoor unit to view the coils, they were rusted out and shot. Lee opened that cabinet (I watched him do it) and did not say word one about the coils. We hire home inspectors to not

My wife and I hired Lee for an inspection on a house we were looking at buying. Lee and Brooke were very thorough in their inspection of the house and detailed in the report they gave. Thanks to Lee and Brooke we learned that the house had major issues that would amount to over $20k in repairs and we were able to terminate the contract. I would 100% recommend them for hire!
