Ever since I was a teenager, I knew I wanted to be an orthodontist. I had such a wonderful experience being a patient that I knew I wanted to pay it forward and help create wonderful smiles for patients of my own one day. I had a lovely experience at Byrdsmiles. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional. They were also very quick and efficient! The work I got done feels great and I had zero discomfort before and after the procedure. I also got the coolest and most comfortable removable retainers. Many thanks to Joy for making each visit the best. I recommend this place to everyone (very kid friendly, as well).

Everybody from picking up the phone to the office visit were exceptionally nice and efficient. Due to a soon-to-break Invisalign they took me right away and ordered them of which I’ll receive in 10 days time …. and I was not a regular customer! Very pleased to have found them - actually wish I had known of them before.

Byrd smiles Dental Care fully exceeded my expectations as a new patient. No one likes to go to the dentist but from the time I walked through the door, I was greeted so warmly by Ms. Becky! She gave me great vibes and set the tone for the rest of my visit. She made the initial part of my experience pleasant and comfortable. As she took x-rays and uploaded my info, we chatted a bit about everything as she moved swiftly to get things done. What a multi-tasker. She was very efficient while making me feel “at home”. I've been coming to Byrdsmiles for a little over 1.5 years, and honestly am impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and just overall great service. I've been on getting invisalign from them, and the process truly has been effortless - precisely what you want to experience as a customer to any business.
They are really good about reaching out about scheduling you for your next visit; I never feel like they call or email me too much like other businesses have done in the past. I can't speak for everyone else, but they always get me in and out on time which is super appreciated

This review is solely for Dr. Byrd. First, we had some orthodontic work done by her when my daughter was 12. It was fine, nothing special about her work. Additionally, my daughter is missing her permanent lateral incisors. We have known this since she was at least since we stepped foot in the office, and Dr. Byrd continuously told us that all she needed was implants, but we had to wait until she was at least 18. We went back when my daughter was 15, and Dr. Byrd said again all we had to do was wait for implants. This statement was 100% incorrect and ended up harming my daughter in the long run

I took my 2 sons to Dr. Talley and we absolutely love her and the Byrdsmiles team!! We went in for a consultation and my boys loved the whole experience! From the high tech x-rays to seeing their alignment, bite and growth process right then and there, we were impressed! Dr. Talley took the time to throughly discuss treatment plans for each of them. It was such an informative and FUN appointment...with even a popsicle to end with! My son left the visit saying "it was the best dentist appointment ever". We are looking forward to our next appointment with Dr. Talley!

Well designed office, friendly staff, and highly competent treatment. Can't say enough about our initial reception by Candace and Dr. Clark. Follow on treatment has been excellent. Office location is very convenient to NW DC and Montgomery County. Rates are individualized and competitive, especially when factoring in office hours, treatment, retainers and post treatment observation.
