Dr. Jill Bruno grew up in Buffalo, New York and Bay Beach, Ontario. Dr. Bruno's passion growing up was riding and taking care her horses, Party Dress and Silver Shadow. Most weekends she was competing in horse shows all over the Northeast. Next time you are in the office, please ask to see all the ribbons she won and her horse collection.

It was only my first visit, but after seeing many orthodontists, Dr. Bruno was confident in creating a convenient treatment plan for me. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The office’s atmosphere was very nice as well. Barbara was also very helpful and kind. Overall, this was an excellent visit.

My kids both love Dr. Bruno and her staff. My daughter was born with cleft lip and palate and I'm always comforted by Dr. Bruno's knowledge, approach and patience with all of my questions. I've been especially impressed with her response to COVID-19. She thinks outside the box to make sure her patients have the support and care they need during this strange new time.

Dr. Bruno and her team have been really helpful and great while treating me. They have been very efficient and have expandered, braced,and retainered me in a very short time. I've been seeing Dr. Bruno for over three years and I have always been pleased with her care. I had a slight overbite and my teeth were pretty crooked, but after I had braces for approximately 14 months, all of the problems were corrected. While she may bill you more than other orthodontists would, I think it's definitely worth it because the level of attention and care you get from her and the other workers is amazing. My almost 10 yr old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Bruno's for the past 2 years. Her incredible staff has made each and every office visit and experience as pleasant as possible--including a palate expander placement, then braces, and finally a permanent retainer!
The office is gorgeous, modern, and open. I find ALL of the staff to be super approachable and highly professional. My daughter enjoys her visits here--and that speaks volumes, right? No tears or worries, just a smile that keeps getting better and better thanks to Dr. Bruno :-).

I am extremely disappointed. Dr Bruno is patronizing and completely disregarded my request for the specifications of my retainer. I was also informed of other options that I had to getting the retainer after I had ALREADY PAID 1000$ to get one fitted. She also told me I needed braces again, big shocker that it was another year of ridiculously expensive braces that were "totally necessary"! Naturally I passed up the scam and I will not be returning to Dr Bruno.

I am an adult patient of Dr. Bruno and I have to thank my husband for referring me to her and her wonderful team of health professionals! Jill and her staff are always friendly, professional, and eager to make your visit a pleasant one. We have a couple of patients in our family (child AND adult!) and recommend Jill highly. She gives a thorough consultation and offers several options. When problems arise like a broken bracket or loose wire, her staff is quick to get you in to fix it. My children especially enjoy the ongoing promotions that make visits fun -- the candy buy-back at Halloween, a water bottle giveaway in the summer, and the annual ice skating party is always a huge hit.
