For many years, family and friends have hassled Corky to open an auto repair shop. Corky saw the need for honest mechanics in the valley so, in 2011, he opened Gere Auto Repair. Since the start, he vowed to provide loyal customer service, no matter the cost. People in the valley have been true to their requests, regularly making appointments while referring many more to our shop.
It's our customers that keep our shop going. We value and thank them for their commitment to Gere Auto. We understand that each individual has a different vision for their vehicle. Our goal is to provide the best options and advice, as the customer has the final say. Needing your vehicle fixed can be stressful, and we aim to put customers at ease no matter how hard the job.

Services
There are many timeframes for vehicle maintenance. We will gladly provide assistance in determining the best schedule for you and your vehicle. We handle all types of brake repair with quality parts in order to keep you driving (and braking) with confidence. An oil change may seem like just that, but it isn't with us.

By far the nicest and most professional auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Ran into some protracted hassles with a blown engine and were treated very kindly all the way through the process. Cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough, only pity being we live too far away for them to be our regular mechanics short of moving to Snoqualmie, which we can't do quite yet!

Very professional Crew, i had the pleasure of dealing with Mike, Kele and Zac and i absolutely loved how professionally they took care of the business, someone stole catalytic converter from my car, so from going for the first lookup, to ordering a replacement, to talking to my insurance and even providing me ride back home, i felt like i got 5 star treatment, now here is a small mom and pop shop but with so much professionalism and empathy build into all of them, and i saw how the owner treated the employees just like family members, i would highly recommend these folks, very good value for money

My son's truck broke down on the pass last week. He was able to get to Gere as it was the closest repair shop he could find. Unfortunately they were unable to work on it. They were gracious enough to allow us to leave it there from Sat-Thu until my husband and I could come and get it. The guys were the incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us push the F350 crew cab around to get it ready to load on the trailer. I highly recommend Gere Auto Repair to anyone. Great group of guys! Have been taking all of our cars to Gere's for many years. Have resisted in writing a review as I was selfish and didn't want to share and wait longer for appointments. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Josh from Gere Auto Repair is friendly, helpful, and super informative. Took my car in for a tune up before a road trip. He was honest and frank with what needed to be done or not done, which I really appreciate. Made great recommendations for things to look out for, and other products that would make life a little easier. They also moved locations, just a testament to their growing business. (Next to Herfys) Glad we found a perfect "go to" spot for trustworthy service! Thanks again!! =D

Found my go-to auto place. Great service, fair pricing. They have fixed a couple of odd issues with my car, and charged me for the time they took (30 minutes), and were honest of work done and what could be needed in the future. Very nice people that make for a welcoming atmosphere.
I tested out other auto shops, but the pricing and the people stand out against the others. If you are trying to fund a good place for your car maintenance, check these guys out.

My 6 year old Subaru needed rear brakes but I wasn't too excited to go back to the dealership for service. I'm so glad to have found Gere right here in North Bend. They did the brake job as scheduled for the estimated price and took time to explain the wear pattern etc.

Josh is fantastic. We had the check engine light come on and our engine started shaking on our way to Leavenworth. He quickly checked the codes, assessed the situation, fixed the issue and gave tips for if it happens again. We were on the road again in 5 min. Saved our trip and sanity. Since it was a quick fix, he didnt charge! Super honest and knowledgeable.

We are new Snoqualmie residents, and this week my Jeep began acting up. The people at Gere diagnosed the Jeep quickly, repaired it quickly, and the cost was much more reasonable than I had expected. These guys were so helpful and friendly at 5:30 on a Friday night when they could have ignored the phone ringing. My 16 yr old son was heading to see his uncle - in an older car we'd just bought - he'd never driven it very far and it started smoking quite a lot. He was approaching North Bend so I said a quick prayer, searched the google map of the area and chose to call Gere's. When we moved out to Snoqualmie from Kirkland last year I was so uneasy about auto maintenance because I've always taken our cars (foreign) to the local dealerships. We decided to try out Gere Auto Repair and we have no regrets. The owner, Corky, is awesome and he is all about his customers. I love these guys, whenever something is wrong with my 1998 Pathfinder I take it to Corky and he always helps me out as quickly as possible as well as going the extra mile and checks out the whole car and takes the time personally to explain to me what exactly is going on. My check engine light came on last week and they gave me a free estimate and then fit me into to their already completely booked day to fix it. Highly recommended!

These guys have done an awesome job on my car. First time they gave me a loner to use while doing my brakes. Corky is a very experienced guy who doesn't try and give you any run around. I had no hesitation to bring my car there again just recently. It is nice to find a mechanic that you can trust and does good work.

I couldn't be more impressed with Corky and Gere Auto Repair! We originally dropped off our Nissan Sentra to have our driver side window fixed. That left us with only one vehicle, our 2006 Jeep Commander. My husband and I stopped in North Bend to run an errand at about 6 in the evening, and when we went to get back into our vehicle the Jeep would not turn over. We were very frustrated and unsure what we were going to do, looking at possibly having to have it towed. My husband and I jumped out to push it into a more secure parking location. The most recent case illustrates the level of trustworthy service: we had a problem with a car battery that kept dying. All my consumer-level diagnoses could not find the problem. We left it with Gere Automotive for a few days

I have a 2005 Acura MDX that was shaking bad when I accelerated. I tried taking it to Acura but they gave me the run around so I called Gere Auto. They got me in the same day. Corky took a quick test drive with me, and pulled it into the shop. He diagnosed that I had a bad axle joint. He order the new axle and had it delivered the next day. I told him my family was heading over the Snoqualmie pass for New Years so he squeezed me in the next day, which was the 31st. Corky fixed the axle and the Acura is running great with no shaking. The cost was under $200. I am very pleased with the service I
